Faculty, Design Anthropology & Systems Thinking

Engaged in learning, teaching, and research at the intersection of design anthropology and systems thinking, his practice focuses on systems-oriented design. With a foundation in design (B.Des) and an M.Des in Communication Design, his work examines how design engages with complexity through cultural contexts, lived practices, and relational structures rather than single-point interventions. He approaches participatory and co-design methodologies as anthropological tools that allow systems thinking to address complex social realities.

Concurrently, his research explores the indigenous scripts and visual languages of Bihar, investigating their socio-cultural resilience and contemporary relevance to bring local epistemologies into design pedagogy and systemic design frameworks.
