Salini Rajendran

S Salini Rajendran is an academic professional specializing in English Literature and Communication Studies, with a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and academic leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Master’s degree in English Language with Communication Studies from Christ University, Bengaluru. She is UGC-NET qualified and is currently pursuing her PhD at Christ University, and has won several awards for her research papers at national and international conferences.

Her teaching and research interests include critical theory, cultural studies, gender studies, narrative analysis, academic writing, communication pedagogy, and interdisciplinary studies. She is passionate about student-centred learning, curriculum design, outcome-based education (OBE), and academic mentoring, integrating critical thinking, ethical values, and real-world relevance into her teaching.
