Fathima Babu

Ms. Fathima is a design educator, UX professional, and multidisciplinary designer with over 6 years of professional experience in User Experience (UX) Design, FinTech, Product Design, Fashion Design, and Photography. She brings a unique blend of academic expertise and industry experience, enabling students to connect design principles with real-world innovation.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with 13+ universities across India, contributing to curriculum development, outcome-based learning, project mentoring, design research, and industry-integrated education. Her industry experience includes designing user experiences and digital products across multiple domains, with a strong focus on human-centered design, design thinking, usability, interaction design, and digital transformation.

Ms. Fathima was also selected to be a part of the HP Design Thinking Program, where she collaborated with participants from different countries on global design challenges, strengthening her expertise in cross-cultural collaboration and innovation frameworks.
